(referred to below as “Roobet”, the “Company”, “We” or “Us”), a company duly established under the laws of Curaçao, registered under company number 157205, with its registered office at Korporaalweg 10, Curacao, Curaçao. The Company operates roobetcanada.net pursuant to licence OGL/2024/687/0427 issued by the Government of Curacao.

2. ACCEPTANCE

Please review this Policy carefully to familiarise yourself with the bonuses, promotions, tournaments, sponsorship opportunities, VIP club, giveaways and Rooferral system available on the Website, together with the conditions governing each of them.

You may claim a bonus, promotion, free funds, bonus plays or any other Roobet offer only in accordance with the requirements established in this Policy and the Terms. If you do not accept any provision, you cannot participate.

3. DEFINITIONS

a) Account or User Account: means the user account You create at Roobet.

b) Bet and Wager: mean each instance of participation in any game offered on the Website.

c) Company, We or Us: means Raw Entertainment B.V. (“Roobet”).

d) Game and Games: mean any gambling Services provided on the Website, including games involving skill, chance or risk, as well as sports betting and esports.

e) Iron Pouch: means Your wallet on the Website in which Your funds are held.

f) RooSpin: means a free spin on a Roobet Slot.

g) Rooward: means all Bonuses, Promotions, Rakeback, RooSpins, Rain and other free funds distributed by the Company.

h) Service and Services: mean all Games, chat rooms, communications with support, and functions such as deposits, tips, withdrawals and bonuses offered on or connected with the Website.

i) Terms: means this agreement, which consists of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, and Roobet Chat Rules.

j) You, User or Player: means any natural person holding an Account.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1. The Company may amend, introduce, modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus, tournament, promotion or other offer at any time and at its sole discretion.

4.2. The Company may refuse or limit access to bonuses, promotions or special offers for any User in circumstances including, without limitation, promotional abuse, gambling addiction, irresponsible gambling, breaches of our Terms, or technical exploitation of the Company’s offers and events.

4.3. At our sole discretion, We may suspend any Account involved in abusing or exploiting Roobet’s bonuses and promotions.

4.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all earnings from bonuses and promotions will be credited to the cryptocurrency side of Your Iron Pouch.

4.5. Money received through bonuses, promotions or special offers cannot be transferred by conversion to the other side of Your Iron Pouch.

4.6. The Company may examine and record every transaction and deposit for any reason that requires such review or recording.

4.7. If a review establishes that a User employs strategies the Company considers collusive, unlawful, improper or fraudulent, We may withdraw that User’s eligibility to participate in any of Our bonuses, tournaments, promotions or other rewards.

4.8. You acknowledge that all Referral programme earnings and commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. Any amounts not claimed within that period will be forfeited and will no longer be available.

4.9. Users must not attempt to obtain any bonus or promotion through multiple Accounts.

4.10. Roobet Partnership Accounts are ineligible for all Tournaments, Raffles, King Roo and Astro Roo.

4.11. A User cannot receive or claim any bonus, promotion or other reward while their Account is restricted, locked, self-excluded, or under investigation and found to have committed a violation.

5. RAKEBACK REWARDS

5.1. Roobet provides four types of Rakeback: Instant Rakeback, Daily Rakeback, Weekly Rakeback and Monthly Rakeback.

5.2. Each of these four Rakeback types considers numerous factors when determining the amount available to claim. These factors include, without limitation, activity, the frequency of deposits and withdrawals, winning and losing streaks, and the games selected.

5.3. Rakeback rewards are linked to a level system. With the exception of Instant Rakeback, the reward associated with each type increases as Your Level rises.

5.4. The highest available level is 30 (thirty). Each wager contributes to increasing Your level, except bets that are refunded, voided or cancelled.

5.5. You acknowledge that no form of Rakeback will be awarded while a wagering requirement associated with a deposit bonus remains active.

5.6. All money obtained through the available Rakeback rewards is credited to the cryptocurrency side of Your Iron Pouch.

5.7. The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue any Rakeback at any time and at its sole discretion.

5.8. Attempting to claim a Rakeback more than once during the same period by exploiting a Website bug, vulnerability or hack constitutes a breach of goodwill and a violation of our Terms.

5.9. You may view and claim Your Rakeback by entering /Rewards in the Roobet Chat or by clicking:

5.10. You may also view rewards from the preceding 30 (thirty) days and upcoming rewards for the following 14 (fourteen) days.

5.11. You acknowledge that if Your Account is locked or restricted for any reason, no Roowards, including Rakeback, can be claimed for as long as that lock or restriction remains in effect.

Rakeback Vault

5.12. Every Rakeback You claim contributes additional funds to Your Vault.

5.13. These additional funds are held in the Vault for up to 14 (fourteen) days.

5.14. You may periodically claim the Vault to receive extra rewards calculated from the Rakeback You claimed during the preceding 14 (fourteen) days.

5.15. A portion of the funds held in Your Vault becomes claimable every 8 (eight) hours, beginning at 00:00 UTC. You may claim the Vault up to 3 (three) times each day.

5.16. Each released portion remains available for 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time it becomes claimable, after which it expires.

Instant Rakeback

5.17. Instant Rakeback may be claimed once every 30 (thirty) minutes and has no expiry date.

5.18. Instant Rakeback credits 50% (fifty per cent) of the available amount to Your Account balance. The remaining 50% is placed in Your Vault and becomes claimable over the following 3 calendar days.

Daily Rakeback

5.19. Daily Rakeback may be claimed once each day and resets at 00:00 UTC daily. If You do not claim it before the next day’s Daily Rakeback becomes available, the preceding reward can no longer be claimed.

5.20. Daily Rakeback credits Your Account’s available balance with an amount determined by Your current level. Further funds are deposited into Your Vault and become claimable over the following 7 (seven) days.

Weekly Rakeback

5.21. Weekly Rakeback may be claimed once each week and resets every Saturday at 00:00 UTC. If You leave it unclaimed until the following week’s Weekly Rakeback becomes available, the previous reward can no longer be claimed.

5.22. Weekly Rakeback credits Your Account’s available balance with an amount determined by Your current level. Additional funds are placed in Your Vault and become claimable over the following 14 (fourteen) days.

Monthly Rakeback

5.23. Monthly Rakeback may be claimed once each month and resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of every month. If You do not claim it before the next month’s Monthly Rakeback becomes available, the preceding reward can no longer be claimed.

5.24. Monthly Rakeback credits Your Account’s available balance with an amount determined by Your current level. Extra funds are added to Your Vault and become claimable over the following 14 (fourteen) days.

Rakeboosts

5.25. Various activities may award You a Rakeboost, which increases the funds contributed to each Rakeback.

5.26. You acknowledge that Rakeboosts neither accumulate nor form a queue. The highest Rakeboost is applied automatically. If that higher Rakeboost expires before a lower one, the lower Rakeboost will then take effect.

5.27. You acknowledge that Slot Potato Rakeback increases only Your Instant Rakeback. Additional details are provided in the Slot Potato section.

5.28. The Company may modify, suspend or remove any Rakeboost at any time and at its sole discretion.

6. RAIN

6.1. Roobet’s Rain is a recurring charitable event that awards a small USD amount to each participating User who has deposited during the preceding 7 (seven) days. The award is credited within 2 (two) minutes to the cryptocurrency side of the User’s Iron Pouch.

6.2. The Company may amend, suspend or discontinue the Rain Event at any time and at its sole discretion. The Company may also determine any amount to be distributed through the Rain Event at its sole discretion.

6.3. You may participate in Rain Events only through actions You perform Yourself. You must not ask another person, legal entity or User to enter Rain Events on Your behalf. You acknowledge that technical assistance must not be used to participate in a Rain Event. All such assistance, including but not limited to scripts, bots and automated commands, is prohibited.

6.4. The Company runs regular Rain Events on the Website at random intervals between 2 (two) and 20 (twenty) minutes.

6.5. Any User who is online in a Roobet Chat Room may enter the Rain Event by selecting Join when the event appears. The Join button is displayed within the Roobet Chat Rooms.

6.6. Any User may contribute funds to Rain by using the tipping function and selecting Rain as the recipient.

6.7. Donations made from Your Account to a Rain Event are permanently deducted from Your Account and cannot be returned to Your Iron Pouch by the Company.

7. FREE PLAY

7.1. Free Play is a third-party facility through which You can earn points and exchange them for funds on Roobet. Points may be earned by testing applications, websites or products. Completing surveys and participating in promotional activities may also earn points.

7.2. The Company does not operate Free Play in any capacity. Free Play is a partnership programme that gives our Users an opportunity to obtain additional funds without depositing, allowing them to enjoy the Services available on the Website.

8. ROOSPINS

8.1. A RooSpin lets You play a round of any Slot Game on the Website without charge while retaining any funds won during that round.

8.2. You acknowledge that the Company may limit RooSpins to particular Slot Games rather than making them usable on every Slot Game.

8.3. Unless the promotional or event materials state otherwise, RooSpins expire after 7 (seven) days. Expired RooSpins cannot be used, and their value is lost when they expire.

8.4. Unless an active promotion specifies otherwise, winnings generated by RooSpins are credited directly to the cryptocurrency side of Your Iron Pouch.

8.5. Where the promotional materials, loyalty bonus or tournament do not specify a value, each RooSpin is worth 1 (one) USD. RooSpins cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. BONUS BUY FEATURE

9.1. A Bonus Buy Feature Offer enables You to enter the bonus feature of our Roobet Games without wagering any of Your own funds. The Company may distribute Bonus Buy Features through promotions, rewards and special offers. The offer automatically launches the bonus feature in the selected Slot Game and plays through the full amount.

9.2. You acknowledge that the Company may restrict a Bonus Buy Feature to specific Slot Games.

9.3. If You stop a Bonus Buy Feature before it finishes, You may resume it later provided it has not expired. How the feature unfolds depends on the Slot Game in which it is used.

9.4. Unless promotional or event materials specify otherwise, a Bonus Buy Feature expires after 7 (seven) days. Once it expires, its entire value is lost.

10. ROOBET SPORTSBOOK BONUSES

10.1. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus betting options must be used within 7 (seven) days. After that period, unused bonus bets become invalid and can no longer be used. Bonus Bets cannot be exchanged for cash.

10.2. You acknowledge that additional conditions may apply according to the current promotion or bonus event, including minimum odds, restrictions on eligible games and limited availability periods.

10.3. Unless an ongoing promotion specifies otherwise, winnings from Bonus Bets are credited directly to the cryptocurrency side of Your Iron Pouch.

Free Cash Bet

10.4. A Free Cash Bet allows You to place a bet for the displayed amount. If the bet wins, You receive both the amount wagered and the winnings.

10.5. For example, placing a Free Cash Bet of 10 (ten) USD at odds of 3.5 (three point five) produces a payout of 35 (thirty-five) if it wins: 10 × 3.5 − 0 = 35.

10.6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, You acknowledge that a Free Cash Bet requires minimum odds of 1.7 (one point seven) and permits maximum odds of 1000 (one thousand).

10.7. Your Free Cash Bet may be used only for a Single bet.

Free Bet

10.8. A Free Bet allows You to place a bet for the amount displayed. If it wins, You receive the winning return after deduction of the amount wagered.

10.9. For example, a Free Bet of 15 (fifteen) USD placed at odds of 3 (three) returns 30 (thirty) if it wins: 15 × 3 − 15 = 30.

10.10. Unless expressly stated otherwise, You acknowledge that a Free Bet requires minimum odds of 1.7 (one point seven) and permits maximum odds of 1000 (one thousand).

10.11. Your Free Bet may be used only for a Single bet.

Risk-Free Bet

10.12. A Risk-Free Bet lets You place a wager without risking the loss of Your funds. A losing bet is refunded up to the amount stated in the promotional materials.

10.13. For example, wagering 50 (fifty) USD at odds of 5 (five) produces the normal payout of 250 (two hundred fifty) if the bet wins: 50 × 5 = 250. If it loses, Your stake of 50 (fifty) is returned instead.

10.14. Unless expressly stated otherwise, You acknowledge that a Risk-Free Bet requires minimum odds of 1.7 (one point seven) and permits maximum odds of 1000 (one thousand).

10.15. Your Risk-Free Bet may be used only for a Single bet.

Odds Booster

10.16. Until further notice, the Odds Booster is available only for games selected by Roobet.

10.17. The Odds Booster applies exclusively to Single bets in the Sportsbook’s pre-match section. You may take part by placing a bet on one of the featured matches.

10.18. An Odds Boost may be used only once for each game. Choosing to cash out Your bet makes You ineligible for this promotion.

10.19. You acknowledge that the Company determines, at its sole discretion, which matches and markets receive boosted odds and the size of each increase.

Hot Combos

10.20. Hot Combos are offered only for selected sporting events shown in the bottom-right area of the Sportsbook homepage.

10.21. You may participate by betting on one of the Hot Combos. Every condition applicable to a Combi Bet also applies.

10.22. Hot Combos provide an additional multiplier of at least x1.15 (one point one five) on top of the standard odds displayed for the sporting selections.

10.23. You acknowledge that the Company decides, at its sole discretion, which matches and markets are included in a Hot Combo offer.

Roo’s Specials

10.24. Roo’s Specials are offered only for sporting events selected by Roobet.

10.25. Roo’s Specials consist of preselected parlay bets covering chosen sporting events.

10.26. Roo’s Specials are available exclusively within the Sportsbook’s pre-match section.

10.27. You may enter any displayed Roo’s Special by specifying an amount and clicking Bet. Every condition applicable to a Combi Bet also applies.

10.28. You acknowledge that the Company decides, at its sole discretion, which matches and markets receive a Roo’s Special offer.

11. LIMITED AVAILABLE BONUSES OR PROMOTIONS

11.1. All limited-time bonuses and promotions are provided subject to the general Terms and this Bonus and Promotion Policy, including every applicable requirement and condition.

11.2. You acknowledge that the Company may modify, suspend or discontinue any of the following promotions, events or tournaments at any time and at its sole discretion.

12. VIP-CLUB

12.1. The VIP Club is a limited, exclusive premium group available by invitation only and made up of the Company’s most loyal Users. Roobet provides these Users with additional convenience and exceptional Service.

12.2. The Company, acting through the Roobet VIP management team, awards all VIP Club benefits and privileges at its sole discretion. Each member receives an individual service shaped around their personal preferences and interests. By joining the Roobet VIP Club, You accept that no benefit or privilege may be demanded and that each is granted as the Roobet VIP management team considers appropriate.

12.3. You acknowledge that joining the Roobet VIP Club requires You to permit the Company to collect certain personal information so that it can arrange personalised gifts, offers, surprises and other experiences for You.

Roobet VIP-Club Benefits and Perks

12.4. Membership in the Roobet VIP Club may include numerous exclusive benefits and privileges, including, without limitation:

• Personal VIP Account managers who assist with all aspects of Your Account and provide help wherever possible at no charge.
• Exclusive gifts, bonuses and surprises. Members can experience an extensive and varied selection of bonuses, surprises and gifts.

How to Become a Member of the Roobet VIP Club

12.5. To preserve the Roobet VIP Club’s exclusivity, the Company permits membership only after an invitation has been issued. Invitations are awarded solely according to the judgement of the Company and its VIP compliance team.

12.6. The Company assesses several factors when selecting prospective VIP members. However, these criteria do not bind the Company, which may modify, replace, remove or supplement them at its sole discretion. The principal considerations are:

• Loyalty: the Company places particular importance on VIP members being loyal Roobet Users.
• Activity: the VIP team particularly seeks active Users who participate responsibly in gambling Services.
• Product: the VIP team considers Users who enjoy a range of services and products offered on the Website.

Termination of VIP Membership

12.7. The Company may terminate a User’s membership in the Roobet VIP Programme if, in the sole judgement of the VIP Account managers, the circumstances that originally justified the invitation are no longer present.

12.8. To keep VIP Club conversations pleasant for everyone involved, compliance with the Roobet Chat Rules is required. Breaching those rules may lead to exclusion from both the Roobet VIP Club and the Website.

VIP Special Events, Promotions and Tournaments

12.9. VIP Promotions are available exclusively to VIP Club members and are governed by the general Terms and this Bonus and Promotion Policy, including all relevant requirements and conditions.

12.10. You acknowledge that the Company may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion, event or tournament at any time and at its sole discretion.

13. REFERRAL PROGRAM

13.1. The referral programme is intended for ordinary Users who invite friends and acquaintances and, in return, receive a portion of the house edge generated by those persons’ bets.

13.2. Referral commissions are calculated according to the amounts wagered by the players You refer. Commission rates depend on the number of referred players and the revenue they produce. You may earn up to 10%+ of the house edge, less onsite rewards, regardless of whether Your referred player wins, because commissions are calculated from the theoretical house edge rather than actual losses. Earnings are credited to Your affiliate account in real time.

13.3. The referral programme operates a level system: a higher referrer level provides a larger share of the house edge generated by Your referred Users. Levels begin at 1 (one) and extend to a maximum of 10 (ten). Once You attain a referrer level, You retain it. Progression may be achieved through factors including, without limitation, additional referred Users, individual depositors, deposits and increased activity among Your referred Users.

13.5. Your referral code must not be used commercially or professionally. You warrant that You will not misuse, abuse or attempt to abuse the referral or promotion system.

13.6. Any violation will result in termination of Your access to the Roof referral programme, permanent closure of Your Roobet User Account, and forfeiture of all remaining funds and potential income.

13.7. You undertake not to engage in any of the following activities and agree to indemnify the Company, its licence holder and third-party partners for all direct and indirect damages, fines, legal fees and lost income arising from breaches of these undertakings.

• You must not share Your referral code with anyone located in a prohibited or restricted region or jurisdiction. You must also not distribute it to anyone who is not legally entitled to gamble or participate in gambling services. This includes, without limitation, minors, persons with mental impairments, residents of jurisdictions prohibiting all gambling, residents of jurisdictions requiring a licence Roobet does not currently hold, and individuals with gambling addiction.
• You must not present Yourself as an official Company ambassador, as affiliated or connected with the Company, as its representative, or as acting on its behalf or with its support. Language intended to make others believe that Your role extends beyond an unaffiliated referral, without any authority granted by the Company, is prohibited. Terms such as “official”, “exclusive”, “representative” and “ambassador” must not be used.
• You must not establish a promotional website or social media Account incorporating the Company, its Websites, brand name, intellectual property or trademarks. You must also obtain written permission before using the Company’s name, trademarks, logos or brand name.
• You must not mislead Users or consumers by offering false or deceptive benefits for registering on the Website or using its services. Prohibited claims or promises include, without limitation, free balances, reimbursements, chargebacks, refunds, financial compensation, false win rates, increased win rates, special or unique additional designs, Games or Services, Roobet VIP membership, special or priority support, Roowards experience boosts, deposit bonuses and gifts.
• You must not conduct advertising campaigns using Your referral code. This includes campaigns through internet browsers such as Google, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox. It also covers all social media, streaming and video platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Tumblr, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitch and Telegram. Any campaign conducted without the Company’s written authorisation, or capable of misleading Users or consumers in any way, breaches our Terms.

13.8. You acknowledge that the Company may amend, introduce, modify, suspend or remove any part of the referral system, or the entire system, at any time and at its sole discretion. The Company accepts no liability for lost income or unrealised profit.

13.9. You acknowledge that all earnings received through the referral programme are credited to the cryptocurrency side of Your Iron Pouch. You must also comply fully with our AML Policy before withdrawing funds.

13.10. You acknowledge that bonuses and wagers made with bonus funds are excluded from the calculation of Your referral commission.

13.11. You acknowledge that all Referral programme earnings and commissions must be claimed within 365 (three hundred sixty-five) days. Any amounts left unclaimed after this period are forfeited and can no longer be claimed.

14. SPONSORSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

14.1. If You are an athlete, artist, content creator or influencer interested in a mutually beneficial collaboration with the Company, the following requirements explain how We select marketing partners.

14.2. We collaborate only with influencers and content creators whose average reach is at least 50,000 (fifty thousand), or with athletes and artists who have comparable reach. Average reach means the number of individual people who view a post, video or other content You produce. It does not mean Your follower or subscriber total, or the audience of a sporting event. If You wish to collaborate with Us, please provide detailed information about Your average reach and the geographic origins of Your followers and viewers. For legal reasons, We work only with influencers, content creators, athletes and artists who do not have a substantial follower base or reach within any region We currently restrict or prohibit. A substantial follower base means more than 20% (twenty per cent) of Your total followers, or any significant number of followers constituting the majority of the population of a restricted or prohibited region or jurisdiction.

14.3. You acknowledge that We consider partnerships only with athletes, artists, content creators and influencers prepared to enter into a legally binding contract with the Company, observe local laws and the Company’s guidelines and general terms, and maintain the partnership in good faith.

14.4. Please note that our marketing team can respond only to serious enquiries satisfying the requirements above. The Company selects participants in its partnership programme at its sole discretion. 15. GIVEAWAYS AND LIVE-PARTIES

15.1. The Company conducts both regular and occasional giveaways through live-party streams and events on its social media Accounts. Links to our social media Accounts are provided in the Website’s footer. Our live-party events are available through the Website’s live-party tab.

15.2. Using multiple Accounts to enter or claim giveaways, or abusing giveaways in any other manner, violates our Terms.

15.3. The Company may modify, suspend or discontinue any future giveaway or live party at any time and at its sole discretion, regardless of whether those activities previously took place regularly or occasionally.

Giveaway

15.4. Details of all current Company giveaways can be found through the News Channel in the Website’s banner and the social media Accounts linked in its footer.

15.5. Goods, funds or RooSpins awarded in a giveaway will be delivered to You within 14 (fourteen) days after the winner is drawn. If You have not received Your goods after 14 (fourteen) days, please contact Roobet support for shipping details and further information about their status. 15.6. By entering any giveaway organised by the Company, You agree and undertake not to insult or disparage any giveaway, the Company or any staff member.

15.7. If a giveaway winner insults or harasses staff, the Company or other Website Users during the transfer of goods, funds or RooSpins, the Company may cancel that winner’s award, conduct a new draw and award the prize to another winner.
